We are open Monday to Friday, 6:30am–6:00pm.
Please ensure children are dropped off and collected within these hours. Late pick-ups may incur a fee. -
Families can enrol in two ways:
Through the online enrolment link on our website
By completing a hard-copy form provided by Bimbi.
You will also need to provide:
– Birth Certificate
– Immunisation record / medical action plans (if relevant)
– $55 Application Fee payable upon acceptance of your child to Bimbi. -
We offer four learning rooms:
• Baby Banksias (0–18 months)
• Tiny Tuarts (18 months–2.5 years)
• Jumping Jacarandas (2.5–3.5 years)
• Wise Waratahs (3.5–5 years) -
• All nappies & wipes
• All meals (breakfast before 7:30am, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea & late snack)
• All learning materials
Fees are paid fortnightly in advance. -
Yes — families may be eligible for CCS if:
• Children meet immunisation requirements
• Children are signed in and out each day
Families should contact Centrelink (136150) and confirm enrolment via the Centrelink app after joining. -
Each child receives 42 CCS-paid absence days per financial year.
After these, additional absences may be approved with medical certificates or in exceptional circumstances.
A doctor’s clearance is required if illness is suspected. -
Our daily rhythm supports children’s natural flow of learning and rest.
A typical day includes:
• Breakfast (before 7:30am)
• Morning tea
• Indoor/outdoor play-based learning
• Progressive lunch
• Rest/quiet time (or sleep as needed)
• Afternoon tea
• More play & exploration
• Late snack -
We follow a Reggio Emilia-inspired, play-based curriculum where educators act as co-learners.
Programs are based on:
• Children’s interests
• Observation & documentation
• The Early Years Learning Framework
• Developmental milestones
Learning stories, photos & programming are shared through Storypark. -
We use two apps:
• Xplor – for daily routines (meals, rest, nappies, toileting)
• Storypark – for learning documentation, observations, and room programs
Parents can request meetings at any time. -
Children should bring:
• A named hat
• Water bottle
• Spare clothes
• Comforter if needed for sleep
Toys from home are discouraged to avoid loss or damage. -
We support a warm, gentle transition. Some children may experience separation anxiety; short drop-offs often help children settle faster.
We will call you to update you once they are settled. -
Children must wear a broad-brimmed or legionnaire hat when outside.
Staff and children follow Bimbi’s sun-safe policy and apply sunscreen as required. -
If your child has a temperature of 38°C or higher, staff will contact you immediately.
Panadol may be given with prior written consent, and you will be asked to collect your child within one hour.
A medical clearance is required before returning. -
Educators can only administer medication with:
• Written parent consent
• Correct pharmacy label
Medication must follow doctor/pharmacy instructions. -
Only parents and authorised contacts listed on the enrolment form may collect your child.
Anyone collecting must show photo ID. -
Yes!. We celebrate birthdays with joy, but due to allergies, cakes from home are not permitted.

We use a secure front door scan-access system.
Families receive a coded fob; replacements cost $25. -
